Where We Came From
Everyone has a story. Everyone has a history. Everyone has a background. This is our story.
We started in February 1998 as a sole proprietorship known as Ad Infinitum Web Solutions. Our main focus was building cost-effective brochure sites and web applications that helped businesses communicate with their customers. We built and maintained web sites
and most of our clients were small or home businesses that needed a jack-of-all-trades to help them configure and maintain their business. At some point we realized that what started as a web design business was turning into a business services firm. We were not only building web sites but also helping our
clients stay connected, organized and working efficiently.
As we were referred to more and more clients, our work requests started to change; more and more we were providing technical expertise.
Being the helpful and caring people that we are, we just kept helping businesses in any way we could. Eventually we out grew our name - we were no longer a web design firm but a business services firm.
We began looking for a new identity in late 2000. We needed to let people know that we provided more than web solutions. That is how Your I.T. Works, Inc. was formed. We would love to take credit for it and say it was all us, but truthfully the credit goes to our clients. If it was not for them requesting these new services things today might be different.
Once again a shift occurred when we noticed most of our clients have unique products but no one knows those products exist. So in late 2001 we began experimenting with web marketing and search engine optimization. Since then we've built web marketing into our primary service offerings and haven't done too bad. Then again that is just what our customers tell us.
That pretty much brings you up to date. Except the part where you call us and find out how we can help you.

Who We Are
We are your partners, not the legal ones but the other ones. You know the ones you call when you don't know what else to do or where else to turn. We are the ones you call to explain how these things work. We are the ones that care about whether your business succeeds or fails.
We don't claim to know it all, do it all or provide it all. We know a lot. We have done a lot. Most likely if we don't know it or can't help you, we know someone that can help you. How else is a company supposed to grow unless every once in a while we do things just beyond our reach?
Of course we are not going to do that on your dime, but once we turn you over to someone that can help you we will gladly stick around and make sure it all works out. How else are we going to keep you coming back?

What We Believe In
We believe that service and dedication are two very simple things to build a business on. That working with you to accomplish your goals and standing by you are more effective than just doing a task for you. We believe that by building a better relationship we both prosper.
