Rates
We know what it means to run a Small Business and our rates reflect this. We offer both hourly and flat rates and will do our best to advise what will match your needs accordingly. We will work with you to develop a Support Plan that will best serve your network and keep you up to date while minimizing your dependency on outside consultation, if that is what you choose, or we can be as hands on as your needs dictate.
Maintenance Agreement
It’s important to continue with best practices once you’ve started. It’s not enough to check your computer once a year for updates; you must maintain constant diligence when it comes to patches. New updates are released on an almost daily basis and many may repair security leaks that could compromise your network. We will create a full maintenance plan, including support that will compliment your budget and network.
Retainer
Does your network need more than on-call support? We also offer onsite or dedicated support days. We can be at your job location however many days you need on a weekly or monthly basis at a fixed rate.
Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment terms and conditions designed to fit your budget. While we require payment in advance for any out-of-pocket expenses, i.e. hardware or software, most other payments are due in 30 days.
